Here's Bill "Wee Willie" Webber in a publicity photo for his kids show on WFIL-TV, Channel 6. Bill has been a member of the Broadcast Pioneers of Philadelphia for years and has served two years as our President and two years as our Chairman of the Board. This picture was previously thought to have been on the set of Bill's WPHL-TV show. However, we recently found a tape of Breakfast Time on WFIL-TV from 1963 and the "double W" set was used during that show. We now date the picture as 1963 and on the set of "Breakfast Time."
