On Wednesday, March 19, 2003, the speaker for the Broadcast Pioneers of Philadelphia's monthly luncheon was Merrill Reese. Merrill has been on the Philadelphia broadcast scene for more than 40 years.
Reese is probably best known as the radio voice of the Philadelphia Eagles. However, he is also co-owner of WBCB Radio in Levittown, PA. The meeting was held at the Bala Golf Club in the Wynnefield section of Philadelphia.
