We have some video of Bill "Wee Willie" Webber on his Channel 17's "Cartoon Club." These excerpts date from summer of 1968. The material is from at least two different days as you will notice that Bill is wearing a different suit coat and tie. If though Bill did this WPHL-TV show for years, less than 20 minutes exists today.
